Responsibilities:
Managing the production facility (automation, design and assembly departments) ensuring timely completion of projects, quality of production and operational efficiency
Organising operational processes in a way that ensures the achievement of the set objectives
Analysing key indicators and adjusting actions to optimise them based on Lean Manufacturing tools
Conduct operational and strategic activities to improve P&L, quality, customer service
Analyse and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce costs
Managing internal projects
Implementing innovations, improvements and technology development
Collaborating with management in the development of strategic plans
Building lasting relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners
Motivating and developing the production team, ensuring high levels of employee engagement
Ensuring that production meets all required industry norms and standards
Requirements:
University degree, preferably in automation, manufacturing engineering or related fields
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operational management, preferably in the industrial automation industry
Experience in project management
Experience in building and managing diverse teams
Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry specifics
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and projects effectively
Ability to negotiate and build lasting business relationships
Knowledge of industry norms and standards
Ability to make difficult business decisions and deal with a dynamic complex manufacturing environment
Excellent work organisation and ability to manage projects effectively
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to work in a stationary capacity in Skawina
