Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of the Company’s annual budgets, interim forecasts and preparation of detailed monthly P&L, BS, CF, KPIs performance reports with deviation analysis and commentary
Maintenance and development of the budgeting and forecasting model per business segment in Excel
Ongoing oversight of product costing, long-term contract profitability and deviation analysis in the project production model
Supervision of/and implementation of data flow in the monthly performance reporting and forecasting cycle in the project (procurement) controlling system in the project production model
Cost control at MPKs and support for managers
Monthly preparation of selected postings for Accounting, including accruals, provisions, valuation of revenue from long-term contracts
Improvements in controlling tools including through automation using Power Query and Power Pivot
Direct support for CFO in controlling / management accounting / ad hoc analyses
Requirements:
University degree, preferred fields of study are: finance, controlling, economics, management
Min. 5 years experience in finance and/or controlling
Experience in management accounting/controlling including primarily budgeting and performance reporting, product or service pricing, financial modelling
Developed analytical and logical thinking skills
Knowledge of long-term contract valuation principles
Ability to formulate thoughts clearly and communicate effectively
Proficiency in MS Excel including at least the basics and experience in the practical application of Power Query and Pivot
Nice to have:
MS Power BI basics, Python basics (Excel automation scripts)
Communicative knowledge of English
