Junior Administrative Specialist

Responsibilities:

Handling the reception desk, including receiving guests, ensuring the proper circulation of correspondence, managing the calendar and conference rooms
Comprehensive organization of business trips
Handling business meetings
Registration of documents, invoices and correspondence
Operation of the Saldeo document circulation system
Supplying the office with office supplies
Cooperation with the second branch in Ostrow Wielkopolski

Requirements:

Minimum one-year experience in administrative work
Knowledge of English at a minimum B1 level – a prerequisite
Very good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office package
Highly developed communication skills and high personal culture
Ability to organize time and workstation
Orientation towards internal and external customer service
