CEO of teamtechnik Poland at the New Industry 4.0 conference

Last week, during the New Industry 4.0 conference, an interesting panel discussion took place in Katowice, in which our CEO Grzegorz Szydełko took part. The panellists included representatives of manufacturing companies affiliated to the FAiRP employers’ association.
Among the issues that were presented to the participants for joint discussion and analysis were:

1️⃣ Cost-effectiveness of robotisation
2️⃣ Development of human competences through robotisation
3️⃣ Robotics is the profession of the future

Our company, as a supplier of automated assembly and testing lines for international customers, recounted our experiences on the basis of specific implementations. Representatives of other companies described robotisation as a necessity in building Europe’s competitiveness in the global market. Robotisation and automation help to achieve a reproducible standard, it is also some kind of investment in the development of any company.

Grzegorz Szydełko, our president, emphasised that the investment in robotisation must be profitable and, to be so, it should be carried out effectively. An in-depth technical and organisational analysis should be carried out before deciding on automation. Identification of potential risks and managing them effectively, will largely determine the end result of the implementation. This is exactly how teamtechnik Poland operates, our CEO emphasised.

The current pace of change, instability and unpredictability of markets not only in Poland, but all over the world, make it necessary for companies to be more flexible than ever and invest in innovations that will allow them to keep up with the pace of change in market conditions. This was the view of all panellists taking part in the discussion.

The discussion was moderated by Ms Renata Poreda, spokesperson of the employers’ association FAiRP.
