Responsibilities:
Managing the following areas: production planning, warehouse, customer service, procurement
Managing the team
Developing the subordinate team through mentoring support, setting goals and evaluating the progress of their implementation, creating space to share knowledge and experience
Participation in the creation of production plans and control of their implementation
Control and plan and implement processes to optimize production and logistics in the company
Maximize production and packaging efficiency through optimal demand planning
Close cooperation with other execution and support departments
Active participation in the implementation of the company’s strategy
Ongoing reporting on activities, projects and goal achievement to the Board of Directors
Requirements:
