Service support specialist

Place of work: Skawina, Ostrów Wielkopolski

Responsibilities:

Receiving service requests according to existing standards
Handling complaints
Contact with contractors and customers
Preparation of quotation requests, analysis of quotations, placing and monitoring of project and service orders
Support of the spare parts sales process for existing customers
Initiation and supervision of the complaints process
Support of the purchasing team with regard to project orders
Permanent cooperation with cooperating departments / internal customer.

Requirements:

Minimum secondary education
Experience in a similar position
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS-Office tools
Communicative knowledge of spoken and written English
Ability to negotiate, think analytically and plan,
Analytical skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time

Nice to have:

Technical knowledge in the automotive area
Knowledge of ERP software (MS-Dynamics) will be an advantage
