Service Sales Advisor

Place of work: Skawina

Join us and start working as part of a team that designs, builds and implements state-of-the-art production lines and testers for our global customers.

You will be responsible for managing post-sales customer relationships, providing after-sales support, developing, identifying and executing additional sales opportunities in the area of industrial automation related services and products.


  • Providing professional after-sales service and expanding cooperation with existing customers
  • Participate in and develop commercial negotiation skills with customers
  • Resolving problems and responding to customer needs
  • Identifying new sales opportunities in aftersales services and products.
  • Creating and presenting value propositions to customers
  • Liaising with the technical and service team to effectively deliver after-sales services
  • Analysing technical documentation provided by the customer
  • Overseeing the timetable for the implementation of the offer and responding quickly to threats to deadlines
  • Project management of the implementation of after-sales services
  • Performing tasks based on company guidelines, processes and policies


  • Higher technical education
  • Min. 3 years of experience in B2B sales, customer service in the industrial automation sector
  • Knowledge of mechanical engineering processes and concepts in assembly lines (semi- and fully automatic) – prerequisite
  • Knowledge of the English language at a level of min. B2/C1
  • Excellent knowledge of industrial automation products and solutions
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with customers
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to effectively manage both a team and a project
  • Willingness to work in a stationary capacity in locations: Skawina or Ostrów Wielkopolski, with the option of hybrid working
