Responsibilities:
Pre- and post-sale customer technical support
Customer service support
Planning warranty repairs and post-warranty services
Preparation of reports on the implementation of service projects and the work of the Department
Supervision of the performed work of the Service Department
Active cooperation with other departments
Handling service requests registered in the system
Selection of appropriate personnel to perform tasks taking into account qualifications, availability and location
Communication with the end customer
Requirements:
Willingness to work in a stationary capacity in locations: Skawina or Ostrów Wielkopolski, with the option of hybrid work. Openness to relocation to these locations is welcome.
Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position in the technical industry
Min. secondary technical education
Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2
Very good knowledge of MS Office package
Ability to communicate effectively with clients
Ability to implement modern solutions and analytical thinking
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
