Senior HR Specialist

Place of work: Ostrów Wielkopolski

Responsibilities:

  • actively supporting employees and managers in current HR topics and implementing organisational changes
  • coordination of HR processes in the area of training and development and career paths
  • co-leading key HR projects
  • building the employer brand through employer branding activities
  • preparation of reports and analysis of HR indicators
  • participation in improving current and building new HR tools and procedures.

Requirements:

  • min. 2 years of experience in the role of HR Business Partner
  • Practical knowledge of Labour Law regulations
  • experience in implementation of organisational changes
  • highly developed communication skills
  • excellent organisation of work and ability to prioritise tasks
  • ability to build good relations and create a friendly working atmosphere
  • independence, pro-activity and dynamism in action
  • ability to communicate in English.
