Join us and start working in a team that designs, builds and implements state-of-the-art production lines and testers for our customers from all over the world.
You will be a member of the team supporting the sales process and you will participate in the creation of quotations for automated production lines, high-tech assembly equipment, taking particular care to maintain the quality of the sales process and compliance with customer requirements included in the project documentation.

Responsibilities:

Creating quotations according to the individual project concept prepared
Conducting and coordinating activities related to the development of quotation documentation
Sending requests for quotations to subcontractors and suppliers
Analysing and comparing offers from potential subcontractors and suppliers
Participating in negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
Searching for substitute/sustainable solutions: materials, equipment, technology
Participation in the creation of project documentation workflows
Supporting the sales team in the analysis, modification and improvement of the sales process
Participation in consulting and selection of technological solutions within the project
Cooperation with internal departments of the company

Requirements:

Technical education (automation, machine design fundamentals, mechanics and related)
Knowledge of products in the field of mechanics and automation
Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
Communicative knowledge of English
Independence in decision-making, punctuality in completing tasks
Ability to work effectively in a team and under time pressure
Openness to change and willingness to acquire new competencies
Experience in a similar position is welcome
