Production Planner - S&OP Specialist

Place of work: Skawina/Ostrów Wielkopolski

Responsibilities:

Streamlining the S&OP process
Coordinate the planning process in the organization, in cooperation with the sales department, and
production
Analyze and verify sales data
Preparing analysis and data for the S&OP process
Planning for optimal utilization of resources
Creating, updating and monitoring the implementation of project schedules
Preparation of control reports on project milestones
Controlling projects and supporting communication between departments
Managing project changes and controlling risks

Requirements:

University degree
Min. 5 years of experience in the area of planning and forecasting in a manufacturing company
Practical knowledge and competence related to S&OP process management
Very good knowledge of Excel
Experience in the project industry will be an added advantage
Highly developed analytical skills and knowledge of supply chain processes
Very good work organization and openness to new solutions
