PMO Assistant

Responsibilities:

Supporting the team of Project Managers in terms of budgeting, planning, project change management
Taking care to ensure compliance with quality and internal project delivery methods
Support in the implementation and cyclical reporting of the project portfolio
Work directly with implementation departments on planning, task distribution, progress reporting
Organising departmental and project meetings
Coordination of projects and initiatives carried out within the organisation with direct reporting in this area to the Board of Directors

Requirements:

Minimum one year of experience in project work as a member of a project team
A degree in project management is desirable
Autonomy of action and very good organisation of work
Effective communication skills and high personal culture
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at the same time and to prioritise them
Good communication skills in English
Practical experience in the use of MS Office
