Marketing Specialist

Join us and start working as part of a team that designs, builds and implements state-of-the-art production lines and testers for our customers around the world.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing materials for the company’s internal and external communications (gathering information, creating texts, preparing brochures or advertising presentations)
Taking care of updating the company’s website. and making modifications to it (cooperation with the site administrator)
Conducting communication activities in social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube), preparing texts, graphics and photos for publication
Conducting internal communication – newsletter (editing texts, updating the company’s materials)
Cooperation with the media
Conducting marketing activities of the company (gadgets, branding, support of presence at trade fairs and job fairs)
Creating company videos in cooperation with selected agencies (preparing scripts, supervising editing, making changes and corrections)
Supporting the HR department in the implementation of employer branding campaigns
Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented campaigns using analytical tools and reporting the results
Cooperation with agencies, photographers, printers, programmers, preparation of bid comparisons

Requirements:

Min. 3 years of experience working in communications / marketing
Ability to work with text and create content
Very good knowledge of MS Office package
Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2
Ease of movement in social media, knowledge of trends
Creativity and search for modern forms of communication
Commitment and focus on achieving the set goals
Accuracy and a sense of aesthetics
Willingness to expand his knowledge of business and communication
Ability to organize own work and manage time

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Photohop, Premiere Pro, IIlustrator, InDesgin, WordPress
Knowledge of German language
