Key Account Manager

Place of work: Skawina

Join us and start working in a team that designs, builds and implements state-of-the-art production lines and testers for our customers from all over the world in the branches Mobility, Industrial Goods and Life Science. 

You will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with the company’s strategic customers. You will report to the Chief Sales Officer and your interpersonal skills and expertise, will contribute to the development of various projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and building relationships with current and new customers in Poland and EU
  • Acquisition of projects in accordance with the company’s order intake goals
  • Conducting and commercial negotiations of the project in English
  • Analyze the commercial documentation provided by the customer
  • Participate in the concept development process for assembly lines and testers
  • Presentation of the concept prepared on the basis of RFQs/URS provided by clients
  • Establish technical parameters of the process and product with Customers and Suppliers
  • Issuing a commercial offer
  • Work closely with Applications Engineers, Project Calculators and Desginers of different departments
  • Collaborating with other company departments during project implementation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working in sales execution in export markets (EU)
  • 3+ years of experience in similar industries such as e-mobility, industrial goods and life sciences
  • Great communication skills and able to present as well sale technical concepts to the customer
  • Knowledge of machine mechanics and automation – prerequisite
  • Fluency in English (C1/C2)
  • Self-reliance and ability to establish business relations
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under time pressure
  • Driving license cat.B

 

      Nice to have:

  •  Communicative knowledge of German
  • Knowledge of layout design will be an added advantage
