Junior Project Manager

Place of work: Ostrów Wielkopolski / Skawina

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of the project documentation, review in technical, functional and financial terms.
  • Support, management and coordination of the project team within the framework of the implemented project
  • Preparation and ongoing monitoring of the project budget and schedule
  • Coordination of tasks within the framework of the ongoing project in accordance with the methodology
  • Methodology and principles that are binding in the company
  • Ensuring the quality of communication in the project, resolving problems and conflicts in the project
  • Customer care: continuous communication, technical and formal agreements, building good and long-term relationships
  • Responsibility for upselling activities in the ongoing project with the support of the sales department
  • Ongoing reporting on the progress of the work in the project, organisation of meetings and the formal closure of the project and its summary.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in project work as a member of a project team in the automotive industry
  • Higher education: Mechanical engineering / automation / robotics / project management or related.
  • Very good knowledge of German to be able to carry out technical projects for foreign customers – a prerequisite
  • Experience in leading a small team of specialists
  • Knowledge of project management methods according to IPMA/PMI standards, certificate required
  • Knowledge of automation of production processes
  • Self-reliance, good organisation of own and team work
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the client and the project team
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple projects/processes simultaneously
  • Ability to manage change, escalation and risk,
  • English language skills are an advantage
