Junior CNC Operator

Place of work: Skawina

Responsibilities:

Programming CNC machine tools in the Heidenhain system
Setting up CNC machines
Checking and making adjustments to the programme
Taking care of the quality of the manufactured parts
Selection of appropriate tools and cutting parameters
Maintaining equipment and workstation in good condition
Following the requirements of 5S
Manufacturing of products according to documentation
Working with unit production – prototype production

Requirements:

Experience of operating 3 or 5 axes numerical milling machines
Experience in Heidenhain programming
Very good knowledge of technical drawing
Ability to use measuring instruments
Willingness to work 2 shifts
