IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Join us and start working as part of a team that designs, builds and implements state-of-the-art production lines and testers for our customers around the world.

Your responsibilities will include:

Administration of PDM/ERP class systems
Management of the database in the PDM/ERP system, in order to ensure the smooth functioning of production processes
Introducing improvements and modifications to the aforementioned systems
Ensuring compliance and correctness of data in the system with particular emphasis on integration between systems
Technical and content-related support for users
Testing new solutions and solving system problems
Participation in implementations expanding the scope of application of the systems

Requirements:

University degree in computer science or related field, final years of studies
Minimum one-year experience in working with PDM/ERP class systems or other systems supporting company management
Knowledge of the basics of relational databases and SQL language
Basic knowledge of virtualization
Knowledge of English to the level of min. B1
Insightfulness, assertiveness, accuracy
Proactivity and dynamism in action

Nice to have:

Experience with administration and/or implementation of MS 365
Familiarity with Teamcenter Siemens/Microsoft Dynamics/CAD/Solidworks
