HR Specialist / Specialist (Human Resources Area)

Responsibilities:

Maintaining employee records, preparing contracts and documents related to the establishment and termination of the employment relationship
Recording and accounting for employee time, ensuring timely and accurate processes
Actively participate in the preparation and updating of HR and payroll procedures, ensuring their compliance with applicable regulations
Coordination of employee benefits and ongoing contact with benefit providers
Collaborate with an external office on ongoing HR and payroll services (including foreign employees)
Archiving employee documents in accordance with applicable regulations and company policy
Resolving current problems and questions of employees related to HR and payroll issues
Preparation of HR reports and statements

Requirements:

Min. 2 years of experience in the field of human resources
Very good knowledge of working time regulations and labor laws
Experience in handling HR and payroll programs (knowledge of handling Optima HR and payroll program will be an added advantage)
Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel
Highly developed communication skills
Ability to build good relationships and provide professional service to internal customers
Excellent work organization and ability to prioritize tasks
Independence, accuracy and punctuality
Willingness to travel on business for several days per quarter
