Responsibilities:
Active support of managers and employees in current personnel topics and
Implementation of organizational changes
Implementation of training and development projects
Coordinating HR processes in the area of training and development and career paths
Supervision of HR compliance procedures
Building the employer brand through employer branding activities
Preparation of reports and analysis of HR indicators
Participation in improving current and building new HR tools and procedures
Requirements:
