Building Administrator

Join us and start working in a team that designs, builds and implements state-of-the-art production lines and testers for our customers around the world. 

Responsibilities:

  • Property management in accordance with current legislation, including organising the annual and five-yearly building condition inspections
  • Coordination of periodic inspections – maintenance plan implementation and control of its execution
  • Taking care of the technical documentation of the building and keeping it up to date
  • Ensuring the proper functioning of the facilities, including the day-to-day control of equipment and systems for energy, ventilation, air conditioning and automation systems
  • Supervision of external companies carrying out service and maintenance work
  • Ensuring that the property is supplied with the utilities necessary for the operation of the infrastructure (electricity, gas, other), optimising utility costs
  • Supervision of the maintenance of cleanliness of the property, external green areas and circulation paths
  • Completion of tenders and selection of suppliers for property maintenance services
  • Coordinating renovations, extensions to building infrastructure and technical equipment, including drafting guidelines and specifications and negotiating contracts with contractors
  • Maintaining records of fixed assets related to infrastructure
  • Managing access to facilities – process, procedures
  • Co-authoring up-to-date evacuation plans for the building in accordance with fire protection regulations, the Fire Safety Manual and the proper functioning of the fire protection notification and warning system
  • Handling property insurance matters

Requirements:

  • Min. 4 years’ experience in the area of facility administration
  • General technical knowledge necessary for the proper functioning of the facility
  • Practical knowledge in the area of administration
  • Computer skills, including MS Office
  • Independence and responsibility for the entrusted tasks
  • Deployment and very good organisation of work
  • Driving licence cat. B
