Responsibilities:
Property management in accordance with current legislation, including organising the annual and five-yearly building condition inspections
Coordination of periodic inspections – maintenance plan implementation and control of its execution
Taking care of the technical documentation of the building and keeping it up to date
Ensuring the proper functioning of the facilities, including the day-to-day control of equipment and systems for energy, ventilation, air conditioning and automation systems
Supervision of external companies carrying out service and maintenance work
Ensuring that the property is supplied with the utilities necessary for the operation of the infrastructure (electricity, gas, other), optimising utility costs
Supervision of the maintenance of cleanliness of the property, external green areas and circulation paths
Completion of tenders and selection of suppliers for property maintenance services
Coordinating renovations, extensions to building infrastructure and technical equipment, including drafting guidelines and specifications and negotiating contracts with contractors
Maintaining records of fixed assets related to infrastructure
Managing access to facilities – process, procedures
Co-authoring up-to-date evacuation plans for the building in accordance with fire protection regulations, the Fire Safety Manual and the proper functioning of the fire protection notification and warning system
Handling property insurance matters
Requirements:
Min. 4 years’ experience in the area of facility administration
General technical knowledge necessary for the proper functioning of the facility
Practical knowledge in the area of administration
Computer skills, including MS Office
Independence and responsibility for the entrusted tasks
Deployment and very good organisation of work
Driving licence cat. B
