Responsibilities:
Analysis of technical documentation, e.g. customer RFQ/URS
Preparation of STS (Supplier Technical Specification)
Creation of process/machine/assembly line concepts
Preparation of layouts (visualisation of machines, their layout and process flow)
Preparation of cycle time analysis for machines and operators
Preparation of technical descriptions for quotations
Support in the preparation of quotation requests to suppliers
Participation in the preparation of quotations/calculations for machines/assembly lines
Requirements:
Technical education (mechanics and mechanical engineering, production engineering or related)
High skills in mechanical engineering of processes and concepts in assembly lines (semi and fully automatic)
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, MS Word, Power Point, Outlook, MS Teams)
Good knowledge of DraftSight and/or related software (2D)
Basic knowledge of Solid Works and/or related (3D)
Independence in decision-making
Ability to work effectively in a team
Knowledge of English at min. B1
Nice to have:
Basic knowledge of the Simens Teamcentre database
Basic knowledge of process simulation software FlexSim
