Account Manager

Place of work: Skawina

Become a part of our team and work in a company that designs, builds and implements state-of-the-art production and test lines for our customers from all over the world. You will be a key member of the sales team and responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the company’s strategic customers. You will report to the sales manager and contribute to the development of various projects with your interpersonal skills and expertise.

Responsibilities:

Establish and build relationships with existing and new customers in Europe and internationally
Preparation of sales presentations and offers in accordance with customer needs and company standards
Analyzing technical documentation provided by the client
Overseeing the timetable for offer completion and responding quickly to threats to deadlines
Participate and develop commercial negotiation skills with customers
Acquiring new customers of strategic importance to the company
Perform tasks based on company guidelines, processes and policies
Generate innovative ideas to support customers and work within the department
Providing professional after-sales service and expanding cooperation with existing customers
Representing the company at trade shows and industry forums
Collaborating with other company departments during project implementation

Requirements:

Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position
Knowledge of mechanical engineering of processes and concepts in assembly lines (semi- and fully automatic) – prerequisite
Very good oral and written English language skills
Ability to establish business relationships
Analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and under time pressure
