Portfolio Development Manager

Join us and start working in a team that designs, builds and deploys state-of-the-art assembly lines and testers for customers around the world. You will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for business development and product portfolio management in a company specializing in manufacturing automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new market segments, industries, potential customers in the area of manufacturing automation
  • Develop and manage the company’s product portfolio, including products, integrations and services for various industries
  • Create and develop long-term product strategy
  • Coordinate the development of technological competencies and production processes resulting from the sales strategy
  • Design and develop the company’s product portfolio aligned with the needs of new markets
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, potential developments and competitor activities
  • Building a strong team of experts and coordinating their activities in portfolio work
  • Tracking market trends at trade shows, conferences and other promotional events

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product portfolio management in automation, manufacturing engineering, systems integrator or related companies
  • Higher technical education (automation and robotics, mechanical engineering, process engineering or related)
  • Experience working with industrial customers in the area of manufacturing automation
  • Knowledge of processes and technologies related to automation, test systems and assembly lines
  • Ability to analyze the market, identify business potential and translate this into concrete actions
  • Highly developed communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders, focused on achieving a win-win solution
  • Knowledge of English at the level of min. C1
